Smelting method

The core process is a five-step method of electric arc furnace (EF) primary smelting + LF ladle refining + VD vacuum degassing + mold injection + electroslag remelting (ESR);

Function: LF deep desulfurization (S ≤ 0.005%), VD hydrogen/oxygen gas removal (O ≤ 15 ppm); Further purification of ESR, elimination of non-metallic inclusions, sulfur content as low as 0.0005%, oxygen content ≤ 10 ppm.

Innovative technology:the crystallization conducts electricity to control the temperature of the molten pool and reduce the zonal segregation; the constant melting rate control ensures the uniformity of the structure.
