Hubei Zhenbang Mold Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Huangshi, Hubei, known as the cradle of Chinese steel. It is situated at the intersection of major transportation arteries, including the Da Guang and Jing Jiu highways, and is easily accessible to the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway. It is 70 kilometers from Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, and 3 kilometers from the Xin Gang Logistics Park terminal. The company occupies over 6,000 square meters and employs a large number of technical personnel in the industry, with over 20% being professional technicians and 8 senior engineers. The company has a complete production line encompassing smelting, forging, heat treatment, and fine machining. It utilizes various processes, including electric arc furnaces, refining furnaces, electroslag furnaces, and non-vacuum induction furnaces; and a combination of various forging hammers, finishing, spheroidizing annealing, fine machining, and heat treatment equipment for mold material production. A comprehensive quality inspection system has been established, including raw material inspection, direct-reading spectrometer analysis, hardness testing, flaw detection, and high and low magnification, and metallographic structure analysis.

Major production equipment includes: 2 x 12-ton induction furnaces; 10 x 0.5-10 ton electroslag furnaces; 1 x 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammer; 1 x 3-ton electro-hydraulic hammer; 1 x 1.5-ton electro-hydraulic hammer; Supporting equipment includes 1 x 3000-ton press, 2 x 30-ton electric annealing furnaces; 1 x 80-ton natural gas annealing furnace; and over 10 units of processing equipment such as 5-meter gantry milling machines, gantry milling machines, and lathes.

Major testing equipment includes: 1 x Desktop Spectrometer, 1 x Portable Spectrometer, 1 x Portable Metallographic Microscope, 1 x Desktop Metallographic Microscope, 3 x Flaw Detectors, 2 x Portable Hardness Testers

Currently, the company produces more than 20 types of high-quality die steel, mainly used in aerospace, electronics, electrical appliances, machinery, hardware, automobiles, and military industries. Products are sold throughout China and exported to countries including South Korea, Vietnam, Russia, India, Turkey, Switzerland, the United States, and Belgium.
