The company covers an area of over 6000 square meters, gathering a large number of technical talents in the industry, with over 20% of professional technical personnel and 8 senior engineers. The company has a complete production line for refining, forging, heat treatment, and precision machining, and has established various processes consisting of electric arc furnaces, refining furnaces, electroslag furnaces, and non vacuum induction furnaces; The production method of various forging hammers, finishing, spheroidizing annealing, precision machining, and heat treatment equipment combinations for mold materials. And a complete quality inspection system has been established, including raw material inspection, direct reading spectral analysis, hardness, flaw detection, high and low magnification, and metallographic structure.
The main production equipment includes: 2 sets of 12 ton induction furnaces; 10 sets of 0.5 ton to 10 ton electroslag furnaces; 1 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammer; 1 set of 3 ton electro-hydraulic hammer; One 1.5-ton electro-hydraulic hammer; There is also one 3000 ton press machine and two 30 ton electric annealing furnaces that cooperate with production; One 80 ton natural gas annealing furnace; More than 10 processing equipment such as 5-meter gantry milling machines, gantry milling machines, lathes, etc.
The main inspection equipment includes: desktop spectrometer * 1, portable spectrometer * 1, portable metallographic analyzer * 1, desktop metallographic analyzer * 1, flaw detector * 3, and portable hardness tester * 2
At present, the company produces more than 20 kinds of high-quality die steels, which are mainly used in aviation, aerospace, electronics, electrical appliances, machinery, hardware, automobile, military industry and other fields, and are mainly sold throughout the country and exported to South Korea, Vietnam, Russia, India, Türkiye, Switzerland, the United States, Belgium and so on.
