Using the process of smelting by Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) + Ladle Refining (LF) + Vacuum Degassing (VD) + Electroslag Remelting (ESR).Heat Treatment

(1) Soft Annealing - 780-820℃, furnace cooling, hardness HB ≤230.

(2) Quenching - 1020-1050℃, oil cooling or quenching liquid cooling, hardness HRC ≥45.

(3) Tempering - Temperature (℃): 100 200 300 400 500 600.

Hardness (HRC): 49 47 46 46 47 32.

Mechanical Properties

Heat Treatment System:1030℃ oil quenching, 780-800℃ tempering.
